Job Responsibilities :
* Handle the Recruitment – Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, and Candidates Tracking * Sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, and Job Portals and company databases. Efficient use of Job Portals, Database available and referencing sites. * Screening of candidates before Technical round (to check gap years, communication skills etc.) with the candidates. * Updating Database by sourcing the right candidates for right skills and maintaining the database. * Constant follow up and communication with the candiadtes to keep the database updated. * Sourcing canididates for all skills, experience, location and all levels. * Complete candidate interaction.Required :
