Software Analyst – Walk in to Nagpur office

Job Description :

Full time Support engineers with 0 – 2 Yrs of experience, to work with clients running a suite of electronic medical record software products. After gaining experience and expertise, they often are able to advance to more senior-level positions.

Essential Skills :

Working knowledge of the following applications MS Office, Access, SQL Server, Management Studio, Access and Visual Studio

Proficient with Visual Basic (VB), Visual Basic Applications (VBA), T-SQL, and VB Script

A strong IT knowledge to support PC network, office infrastructure, offer help desk support, solve problems in using Access / MS Office, and configure PC’s

Duties:

• logging a technical issue
• identifying and resolving the problem
• referring on more complicated problems to a more experienced member of staff
• helping users with IT packages
• installing, configuring and upgrading new equipment and software packages
• testing faulty equipment and repairing it where necessary
• giving basic training to new users
• issuing new users with passwords and usernames
• advising on upgrades or more appropriate software packages
• implementing hardware and software upgrades.
