Designation / Position: Siebel server admin
Desirable: Siebel 8 Certified. US B1 Visa

*Support Siebel Server application from application through operating system in a mixed UNIX – Windows environment *Installation of Siebel Server application and patches in a mixed UNIX – Windows environment *Support and Maintain “third party” software that is interfaced with Siebel application *Support developers by doing local databases, assisting with remote tools and client installations, coordinate dev 2 test, test 2 prod, SRF and upgrade kit deployments *Support business by creating users, remote users, local databases, assisting with remote client installations, and assisting with user access issues *Design, Create and Maintain Workflows and Workflow agents and groups *Document environments, workflows, support processes *Assist team supporting the day-to-day critical issues that come up *Be Available and Reachable when on call for after hours and weekend support *Be Available for extended hour weekend work during project cutovers 4-6 times per year. *Respond quickly when Siebel Application goes down.

Desired Profile :

*6 to 8 years experience as a Siebel Server Admin and configurator. *5 years experience supporting Siebel applications. *Experience in Siebel 7.7, 7.8.2 must. Siebel 8 preferable *Demonstrate UNIX training or Experience in a UNIX environment *Ability to work in a cross-cultural setting *Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust quickly to change *Strong verbal communication client interaction skills *EIM experience *Oracle Database Admin .
